Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations.

United States

  • Shipping: $2.99 on orders under $30; free shipping on orders of $30 or more.

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment.

  • Fulfillment: Most U.S. orders are fulfilled from our U.S. fulfillment facility:

Orders are delivered by USPS or another local carrier when applicable.

International

  • Shipping: $5.99 on orders under $60; $2.99 on orders from $60–$80; free shipping on orders of $80 or more.

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after shipment.

  • Fulfillment: Most international orders are fulfilled from our Mainland China fulfillment facility and delivered by a local postal service or courier in the destination country.

Important Shipping Information

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, incorrect or incomplete addresses, holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Depending on product availability, some orders may be fulfilled from another available fulfillment facility. The applicable delivery estimate will be shown at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import charges imposed by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
